I got a call from Rene on Monday11/11/2013 asking to upgrade my electricity prepaid meters and I was at work and could not take the 3 token numbers to upgrade the system so she sms the 3 tokens. No where on the sms it stated that I must not buy Prepaid Meter electricity but Unipin, So on Wednesday I bought Prepaid meter token ad Shoprite and when I came home I insert the 3 token numbers and then try to load my voucher that I bought but the machine gave me a note REJECT so I contact Prepaid 087 number and spoke to Niel and he said it is and the voucher numbers is not a system upgrade but I changed prepaid companies. STILL NO ONE TOLD ME THAT. So My Landlord Abdull Hassim contacted the Prepaid meter company and they said I must sms my voucher and they will send me a new voucher to use. I did so 3 times. They said thank you and will look into the matter but they can only issue me a voucher to following day sorry but I used the wrong voucher i must use UNIPIN I replied that NOBODY informed me of the change and I need the electricity because I have only 4.2 units left and I can not sit without electricity with 3 YOUNG BOYS!!! They reply Sorry there is nothing we can do!!
