Purchased prepaid electricity, submit the sms with all relevant deta, and 16 hours later and after numerous attempts to get my voucher with recharge code - STILL NOTHING... no service, the customer call centre number 0861499499 emails etc... PREPAID Electricity services are the worst and most painful service ever!!!
