Vodacom
9 Weeks without a cell phone!!

During November 2012 I finally upgraded to a new Samsung Galaxy, in Stellenbosch. For 3 weeks I enjoyed the bliss of a new phone, and then it stopped charging.
On my arrival in Potchefstroom on 18 December, I booked my phone in at the Vodacom Repairs shop and it was sent away to head office. On the 24th of December I received my phone back just in time for Christmas only to find that the software was now broken and the phone could not read any SIMcard.
On the 27th of December I sent the phone again to head office and they took ownership for the damage done and declared it broken beyond repair.
2nd of December I received the first feedback from Vodacom & was notified that they will replace the phone. I was told that I had to book in my box with accessories in order for me to receive a new phone. This however was a problem as the box was in my house in Stellenbosch.
On my arrival back in Stb I booked in the box & it is now more than 3 weeks later and I still have no phone, was treated horribly & no contact from Vodacom!
Vodacom cost me more airtime than ever & also the expense of having bought a new phone.
Vodacom should revise it's mission statement, because I am NOT SMILING!
