STILL BEING CHARGED FOR CANCELLED CONTRACT

3 PHONES AND A 3G MODEM WERE CANCELLED EARLIER IN THE YEAR AS WE COULDN'T GET SATISFACTORY SERVICE TO CHANGE EXPIRED CONTRACTS.

PHONES HAVE BEEN CANCELLED BUT WE ARE STILL BEING CHARGED FOR 3G MODEM. VODACOM OWES US A REFUND FOR THESE CHARGES TOGETHER WITH INTEREST AND BANK CHARGES.

THE TWO RESPONSES TO OUR MANY EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS HAVE BEEN RIDICULOUS.

HOW ON EARTH DO THEY MANAGE TO BE SO SUCCESSFUL.
