I had a contract opened and was advised it was a closed contract and that I would only pay R149 for the modem, I only signed one document which did not stipulate the type of contract and after some research I discovered that the consultant didn't give me the full contract to sign, but just one sheet of paper. After fighting with Vodacom my contract was cancelled and I was promised a refund of all my premiums as I had been paying way more than the R149 and till this day I haven't received my refund. All I ever get from Vodacom is my invoices for a contract which has long been cancelled. I'll make sure that my family and friends continue to boycot Vodacom and even my kids will grow up knowing what a of a company Vodacom is. I have returned the Modem to the Northgate Store and the Store Manager a white male assured me that I would get my refund and a year later I continue to wait and wait...
