I cancelled 2 contracts on 29 NOVEMBER 2013 at Game in Kimberley and is cancelling them ever since. On more than a weekly basis I am phoning them to still cancel these 2 contracts as the money for these 2 contracts is still being deducted from my bank account. Every week I have to go to the bank reversing this debit order pay the R60.00 to reverse it because the contracts is being cancelled according to me. 3 weeks ago my lap top's modem stop working and i spend the whole morning trying to get to the legal department to find out why. My data contract on my modem is just one year old and still has a year to go. Now I understand they stopped this contract without explaining to me why. When I am still trying to find out the reason for this, the phone is being cut off. I phoned them at least 3 times today
