Vodacom

Hi,

I am very DISAPPOINTED with vodacom. I was by Vodacom during the month of December 2012, I was given 2 phone with the pretence that they are for free only to later find out that they are both contracts. I then asked for the contracts to be cancelled and for the cell phones to be taken back. 1 cell phone was taken the same year and the contract was cancelled last year the other phone was collected but the contract is still not been cancelled and just last week I phone and I was told that my issue will be dealt with and I must wait for a week until I get a response as to what is going on with my account. My original contract has expired this year January and I have been paying my account very well until the had happened. And I have asked to speak to a manager numerous times and no one was willing to let me instead I was bounced from one inefficient consultant to another and this issue is causing me a lot of stress and now my name is being dragged in the mud and I don't understand why, according to my knowledge I DO NOT OWE VODACOM anything I was told that there is a credit hanging that needs to be allocated to my account.
