Overcharged, no refund, unacceptable service

Last week on Monday 29 April I logged a complaint with HelloPeter stating that I cancelled a contract in July 2011 and paid almost R2000 to Vodacom to have it cancelled. Despite this Vodacom continued to charge me for that contract for 20 months after. Vodacom has repeatedly acknowledged this. In addition they acknowledge that I canceled my sms bundle and VAS in July 2011 and they charged me for this until February 2013. Vodacom owes me over R3700 and has only offered me a refund of R1996 despite illegally charging me for a canceled contract. If anything they should be refunding me the full amount with interest. Lyle Petersen called me last monday saying he would sort it out. Yet a week later nothing has happened. I would definitely like to cancel all contracts with Vodacom now including my work contract and take this through legal proceedings. How ridiculously unacceptable.
