I TOOK OUT A CONTRACT WITH AUTOPAGE GALLERIA IN JANUARY FOR A BLACKBERRY TORCH.
AROUND SEPTEMBER, THE PHONE WOULD SWITCH OFF MID CALL AND RE BOOT. ALSO SOMETIMES WHEN TRYING TO MAKE A CALL, I WOULD GET A MESSAGE " UNABLE TO CONNECT "
THE PHONE WAS SENT FOR REPAIR AN CAME BACK WITH THE EXACTLY THE SAME FAULTS. IT WAS SENT AWAY AGAIN, I RECEIVED IT BACK LAST WEEK, WITH EXACTLY THE SAME FAULTS. NOW THEY WANT IT BACK. OBVIOUSLY NOTHING WAS DONE IN THE TWO TIMES IT WENT FOR REPAIR EXEPT THE INCONVENIENCE OF ME HAVING NO PHONE. I DEMAND A NEW PHONE
