It is now the second time that a bit of rain has killed my line completely, I thought Telkom sorted it out last time, but now I see it was just a quick fix. It seems they have a habit of taking short cuts. I placed a fault log on Saturday for it to be fixed and still no response. I decided to call as I have work and stuff to do and I need my line for it, that is why I pay for it every month. They now want to tell me they have no technicians in the area, this is unacceptable, I pay for support and I need it now. They weren't even going to try and make a plan for me. We all pay Telkom a lot of money every month for a service that we are not getting.
