I really do not know why i keep doing this to myself. i upgraded my contract a couple of months ago with this so called "great service provider". Just 4 months into the upgrade- the Samsung tablet is already acting up and giving me a whole of problems. The tablet won't accept sim cards not to mention read them. Sometime in November- i sent the phone in for repairs and i was told to wait for 6 weeks. Much to my suprise i received the phone in less than 3 days. I went to the Southgate Franchise and i was told to that they would need to book it in again. I really can't take this negative vibe into the new year, I need this sorted immediately. Otherwise their debit order is gonna bounce every month till they hand me over. Somebody must get back at me!!
