No words can explain how upset a cell phone company has ever made me. Your staff are incompetent, rude, ignorant and unhelpful. On Saturday the 21/12/2013 my account was debited AGAIN. After I was told December the 1st would be my last debit (double the amount). I have called head office too many times. On one occasion I was put on hold for 1 hour 30 mins. Really disgusted. After a week and 2 days of trying to sort this out I have decided to take this up with lawyers.
I cancelled my contract due to incompetency. I want a refund and call explaining why money is still leaving my account. That's called. I have never had to deal with this level of incompetency. No customer service line, head office calls are useless, your staff do not know how to transfer to the correct department and you don't seem to have managers.
It doesnt help that you have no branch on the east rand either. How the am I meant to track you down?
