More than a year after we enquired about the lack ADSL line in our area it still hasnt been sorted out. Each time i place a follow up call to telkom and the answer is always the same "there is no line in your area and we dont know when it will be established". What exactly is the problem with this line and why is taking this line to get one up and running where we live??? Why is is that your agents know nothing about the status of the lines in our area or the roll out and when the lines will be up and running. Does telkom take this long with everything or is it just because it a case of they must just wait. I see a telkom van in our area close to my house every so often but nothing has come of it, so what exactly are they doing??? Its really rediculous that Telkom is taking this long to get it done!
