On the 28th of March 2013 i reported my line to be crossed with a number in the same complex as where i am staying. During the time of the fault, many technicians were called out to fixed it and they did, but that was short-lived as with every fix they do it will be crossed the next day. This went on for a month in which i also had no adsl and calls were charged on my account. A technician was dispatched for the last time and i was satisfied with the repairs. Now to day, 04th May 2013, i am experiencing a crossed line again with the same number, the line in the same complex. This is unacceptable and i demand this to be fixed permanently. Telkom is not a very good service provider, we need another one. FIX THE LINES, TELKOM!!!
