On Saturday I noticed they my Internet Line drops every 2 minutes, I phoned Telkom and they recreated the port and as I put the phone down the line will drop again. I reported it on Saturday and got several messages from Telkom. The last message I got was on Saturday that my fault report is with the technician. I then thought as they do work on Sundays they will come and fix it. I waited for them the whole day and no one comes. I then phone Telkom the next day and they told me that the technician has updated his report and said he has fixed it. I told them it wasn't fixed as I still can't access the internet. I need this internet up and running as I need it for business and I am losing money from Telkom nor fixing it correctly the 1st time. The fault report is 314CRK080613.
