Continuous billing for service cancelled in aug 13

I cancelled my husbands cell contract in august 2013 - I am still being billed for this. I took out another contract which was supposed to cost 448.00 per month. i have been billed 643.99 and 539.00 and 467.37 for the past 3 months. I have called mtn numerous times to try and resolve this. i have even had my bank reverse the amounts but no one has called me yet. What will it take to resolve this? i have received an sms saying R 3 017.36 will be debited at the end of the month. i will have my bank reverse this as well until this is resolved
