I have been billed for the contract that i cancelled on 20.03.13. i applied for an upgrade but decided to return the phone (z10) then cancelled the contract as well, cell c sent a courier to collect the phone.end of april i ws not billed but to my suprise on 27tth May '13 i was billed for R389, then again on 31st may '13 billed for R319, . i have an existing contract with them so i thought they were billing me for that one but only to find out they were billing me for the one i cancelled. so i sent another query on 03.06.13 via email and also called was told it will take 48 hrs, i called them on the 7th June because i didnt get the response from them, billing told me that the contract has not been cancelled i had to check with cancellations, after holding for 20 minutes for cancellations was told that the dpt that eceived the phone back didnt inform themm so they still need to get the ref no from that department do their update and then inform billing to do the refund. what angers me is that the phone was collected in March and the cancellation sent sent week, but on their system it still shows that i have a BB z10. My money was taken bcoz some1 didnt do what hey were supposed to do.
