I had a 2 year cellphone contract with mtn since May 2011 and I called them and terminated the deal in August 2013 and my cell number was changed back to pay as you go on the same day in August however they debited my account in September I let it go now they debited again in October for the contract terminated in August. I just want them to reverse the debit back into my account and stop thier silly behaviour because when I eventually got through their contact centre I was told that I'm being "back billed". What confuses me is how can I be back billed when I haven't missed a payment and I also let the contract run 4 months more than it was supposed to run?...Angry Client
