Good day. In August my wife 2 year contract came to end and as per normal we went in to the branch to give month notice and have contract cancelled. However until to date Cell C is still billing us for something we have cancelled. I have inquired with someone whom I know within Cell C to find out why wife still being charged though only to find out that no cancellation has been load. Today is the 12.12.2013 and I have called the branch spoken to moeniba on numerous occasions being 2 weeks and was told would be called or emailed though absolutely NO response what so ever. I gave the benefit of doubt as I too work in service industry though for another month we going to be billed which is just wrong.
