Since March I have been incorrectly billed on my account. I have since made numerous calls and sent numerous emails but the issue is still not resolved. Each time I phone the customer care helpline I get told that someone will call back and that the issue is being attended to but nothing has happened since. It has been more than a month now!!!
I get billed for two numbers: 1. My Internet Promo 5 contract, and 2. For someone else's Unlimited voice contract. When I called the 2nd persons number (that I'm getting billed for) someone in Durban answers. So there is definitely a mistake. I don't know what's taking you so long to resolve the issue.
I cannot afford the have R5000 incorrectly debited from my account. I can also not go to the bank again to reverse the debit order because of a mistake that's not even my fault. Once a week my internet service also gets cut because of the outstanding amount on my account and then I have to struggle to get it reactivated.
Please solve this issue and get back to me with a solution and answer soon. If not, I will have to reconsider my choice of internet provider.
