Dispute with MTN Invoice for Oct 31, 2013

My story begins back in Sep 26, 2013 when I visited the MTN Active website, where MTN were "kindly" preparing my account of R3589.28. This was unusual as the very same MTN had disconnected my cellphone account when my limit of R3000 was achieved by Aug 31, 2013.

Since highlighting this problem on Sep 26, 2013 MTN, proceeded to push me from pillar to post, until my ever growing account for Sep 2013 arrived promptly on Oct 07, 2013 where I had to pay an amount of R4220.75.

As highlighted in email correspondence - Oct 31, 2013 - arrived and promptly MTN deducted this amount of R4220.75 but being the dissatisfied customer that I am, instructed my bank to reverse this amount until MTN correct this amount to the actual monthly usage amount of R569.50. This banking instruction is still in place. As of yet I have not had a satisfactory response from MTN in this regard.

Now, as it appears, MTN are climbing into the ring in an attempt to bully me into paying this amount by threatening legal action if I do not comply with their demands.
