It all started when my account was handed over to the aboved mentioned supplier by C cell, i owed them an amount of R1430.00 i made an arrangement with the supplier to deduct the money from my bank account on the 27 July 2013 the amount was deducted correct. To my surprise i was double debited of the same amount on the 15 August 2013 i called them wanting to find out what has happened the agent i spoke to by the name of Mr. Maselela Donald acknowledged that they have made a mistake by double debiting me he requested i sent them my details so that he can process my claim which will take 7-14 days from that date which was the 16 August 2013, i did as requested but days went by without getting or hearing anything form them and when i called to enquire about my claim i"m sent from pillar to post with no effective answer. i have been waiting for this letter that should state that the account has been fully paid up and i must reverse the amount back to my banking account, please assist me as im really frustrated by this service you my last hope
