On the 31.07.2013 i have also experienced a problem whereby Platinum has debited my account with authorization with two amount of R99 and two amount of R199. On the 01.08.2013 they have debited my account 4 times for the amount of R250. Finally on the 12.08.2013 they have R250.00 four times. This bring us to a total of R2600.00.
I want to know here did they get banking details and why are they debiting my account. This is and legal action will be taken. I am not the only one that has this problem.
I want to speak with some some now with regards as I Have been holding a line for 20 minutes.
