Incorrect payment

On 02/03/2013 my daughter bought a swimming pool and the amount was debitted twice from her banking account. On 04/03/2013 she went back to the stores to request thatb they rectify the problem. The responsible lady said that it will take 48 hours to be corrected. On 07/03/2013 the amount was creditted to her bank account. On the 13/03/2013 the amount was then again debitted against the account. After spoking again and asked why, Glory said that the amount was reversed twice, according to my bank statement the amount was only been credit once. After trying to spoke to her again on 18/03/2013 at 12:00 they just put the phone down after laughting in the back.
