Arrangements with the bank were made to start paying back on capital amount in February 2013, it was agreed that the first installment would come oof on the 1st March 2013 which did not happen.
On the 3rd May 2013 agreements were made with the bank again to deduct the amount on the 25th May 2013, on the 21st May 2013 I phoned the bank to ensure that the payment will be deducted from the capital amount and they ensured me that it will be decucted. I also asked them if this conversation is taped and told them if they do not comply I will report it to the media.
Again this did not happen I did not get any correspondance or response, this will end in extra financial cost to myself after the repayment period.
