I did a upgrade via the call centre. I received the quote, but no password. I contacted the call centre but they could not provide or tell me what the password is. I than asked for a copy, unprotected, but was just put through to the front of the q. Guess Vodacom want to sell me something, but dont want to provide me with the details. I think that is against the consumer protection act.
