I phoned the call centre since last night with my blackberry I'd password and even went tothe cellc store and the guy changed the password for me. Then when I got home the password still didn't work, I then phoned cellc n spoke to Lingile who told me to wait a hour before trying the password again. I then waited 2 hours and yet it still didn't work then I rephoned cellc and was told to wipe my phone and I did that just to find out that they could have helped me over the phone.

They wasted my time and energy. Thanks for nothing ill rather go over to vodacom where I know I will get a better service. They might be cheeper then vodacom but I believe that vodacom will give me a better sevice.
