Password not changed

As per numerous complaints regarding the changing of my password that still hasn't been done. My alarm went off, I contacted Wayne that was here for the meeting to inform him to contact ADT not to come out as everything fine, but I still don't have a password to give to them. ADT security came out without me receiving a call from them. I smsed Wayne to tell him without a response. WHEN IS MY PASSWORD GOING TO BE CHANGED OR IS IT CHANGED, SO I KNOW WHICH PASSWORD TO USE
