Don't forget your password. The application gives the incorrect number to reset password (it gives nedcare emergency, instead on vodacom's call centre). The link provided to obtain a password reset does not have an option to reset the password, only a lock option. Very disappointed with vodacom's service, as they are unable to assist online, via their call Centre or by physically going into a vodacom's shop. They want to send my phone in and wipe all my data!! That is unacceptable with it being their fault!!! So do I then just not have the use of a phone which is on contract with said brand.
