I have had a virgin contract for many years and part of the contract was pay R100 per month for airtime and if I dont use it, it just gets carried over. However for about 2 years I never used it and I had a large balance which I checked. I then used the phone in order to finish the airtime in order to cancel the contract and instead I received a bill over R300 what happened to my accumulated air time why isnt that being deducted. I am very annoyed that I paid for this service thinking I would have my airtime accumulated and could use later on.
