I finally received my Virgin invoice today after the money has been taken from my account on the 15th. I saw once again virgin has billed me for the data bundles purchased but also deducted airtime from my account. I have submitted a complaint with ICASA and will follow through.
I have also called their billing department 3 weeks ago cancelling my debit order as their invoices are incorrect, they still haven't called back. My previous complaint was responded to on Saturday and to date nothing has been resolved and no communication from virgin.
I rate 0 for customer support and 0 for client happiness.
NEVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH VIRGIN MOBILE.
