Please help. I received my new iPhone 5S on 13th December. I moved my contract from Autopage to Vodacom & upgraded. It's been 2 weeks and my new phone still NOT active (no fault with phone). Nicolas De Mertens & Graham have spent HOURS ( - 10). They have now done 2 sim swops and still NOTHING. They have also spent hours on phone to Vodacom support-each time being told that problem sorted but still NOTHING. One of the 5 support advisers named "Queen" and each one clearly cannot do their jobs and just "PASSED THE BUCK". I was looking forward 2 moving to Vodacom as Autopage had been useless. WHAT A MISTAKE! This is absolute. Vodacom claims to supply WORLD CLASS service-. I have this new fancy phone and with substantial up-grade and cant even use it. If this is the sort of calibre of knowledge with Vodacom staff the they are in MASSIVE trouble
