I have just spent an hour on the phone with Vodacom Insurance 082 1952. First the call was answered and I was place on hold for 16 minutes before being cut off, then I redialed and spent 15 minutes on the phone unanswered.
The third time I spent 11 minuets on the phone before it was answered and then made the fatal error of asking to speak to a supervisor. All of this because of a damaged iPhone, which is under warranty but of course they claim the warranty is voided. All I wanted was my phone back, but now all I want is to cancel my vodacom contract.
Horrible Vodacom service!!!
