I have a data contract with Vodacom and moved house recently and have no signal at my new house. vodacom do not care, are not interested, put the phone down on you, leave you for hours listening to head banging music and generally ignore the problem. have now had to sign up with another supplier and Vodacom REFUSE to cancel my contract without me having to pay until the end of the contract in spite of the fact it is them who have broken the contract not me. I have spoken to many staff at Vodacom and they are totally useless and have an appalling attitude. I think the staff at Vodacom are the rejects from the City of Jo'burg. If they cannot answer the question, they put the phone down on you. An absolute disgrace. i will also cancel my cellphone with them.
