My cell nr is claimed to have been recycled after awaiting a Puk Code after mailing the mobile co. I am aware that my cell nr is not recycled even though they claim that it is recycled. I want my nr back. Virgin Mobile has no idea of Customer service. After emailing they did not respond so I need them to rectify their bad servuce.
