Interested to end my contract with Vodacom!

Vodacom are one of the worst organisations when coming to service. I have emailed the organisation, even emailed the CEO Shameel Joosub with no substantial response to my concerns! If there is one thing I can't stand about an organisation are generic messages to all clients (one they always use) and false marketing that promises "excellent service" when you don't even know what that means or how that is done! Vodacom are pathetic, period. Lesley Abels, I am still awaiting feedback for the email response I sent you on the 29th January asking for your manager's contact details and the Vodacom CEO contact details, including their contact number. I would like for the management at Vodacom to explain what I am paying for. You are very quick, as an organisation to send invoices but very slow to deliver decent service! Lastly, please advise the possibilities of cancelling my contract before the end date? I am enough with dealing with this organisation. Three weeks without my Blackberry, with very little communication is beyond pathetic. What's worse is the organisation's desperate attempt to point fingers for the software misfunction. Pls don't use the same generic response again! *yawns! *
