I was sold a broken Router with my Wi-fi contract. This is the 8th day that I go to the store and due to a 7 day rule the product needs to be send in for repairs. This is unacceptable how does an organisation such as Vodacom sell broken products in the first place and expect me to send in a new product for repairs. This is ludicrious and unacceptable. I should be getting a brand new router. I cannot believe that such an establish organisation operates in this fashion. What does this say about the Values of Vodacom. Your service!!!
