Your information is TOTALLY INCORRECT. The handset is STILL with your repairer. Clearly the left hand does not know what the right is doing. Your organisation is a total disaster and incompetent. Where to from here?? I want a NEW handset - when will this happen!! Please pass this on to Mr. Joosub your CEO!! Maybe he would like to know what is happening in this organisation!
