Our datacard contract is for R149 per month which has not been exceeded ever. This month's invoice was R9443.71. The only response I got from Vodacom is that it was for data usage - which is absolutely impossible. On request on the situation should I want to cancel this contract, I was informed that it will cost R12000! I got the impression that the consultants at Vodacom is utterly incapable and that the organisation as such is in chaos.
