What is the problem MTN? I've had a contract with Vodacom for 10 years and I have never had one problem with them yet in the 2 years I've had a contract with you my life has been a misery. I cancelled my contract on 22 Nov 12. Why on Earth are you still deducting from my account? The level of incompetence of your staff goes beyond terrible- the service is so bad its astounding. Your complaints department is just complacent- they seem to know that they are fighting a losing battle. As for the arrogant Yongama who is a "supervisor" at your call centre- she is a poor excuse for one. She needs to realise that she doesn't work for free. Please provide me with an answer! Please DO NOT provide me with a reference number. Your reference numbers are equivalent to a slap in the face. Call me! you are a telecommunications company after all.
