Went into the above mentioned store 23-12-2013 to Inquire if there was a net work PROBLEM got no service when i ask them to contact there it department THEY refused to call. this is not the first time that i received service from this store, when i got a new sim card i had to contact vodacom to activate the sim card only to be told that the above mentioned store that they had given me the WRONG sim card. Waited 48hrs to get it activated.
Went to see the vodacom 4 me store and got better service from them.
THE STAFF IN THE CHATS VODACOM STORE SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT IF IT WAS NOT FOR CUSTOMERS LIKE ME USING VODACOM NET WORK THEY WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB.. WELCOME TO AFRICA
I know that this isa waist of time complaining as there is no customer service there any more
