I AM EXTREMELY DISGUSTED AT THE POOR SERVICE AT MTN SECUNDA. IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE I BROUGHT IN MY GALAXY S4 FOR REPAIRS, THE BATTERY WAS SWOLLEN. THIS REPAIR iS NOT MY FAULT. IM PAYING 900 rands A MONTH FOR THIS PHONE AND I HAVENT USED MY PHONE IN ALMOST A MONTH. TODAY I CALLED THE STORE AGAIN, AND STILL NO fEEDBACK.
