Cellphone Blocked

Vodacom is at it again. They have blocked my phone for which the contract expired last week! Every shop I went to told me the phone has been blocked. Vodacom first claimed that a fraudelent upgrade was done on my phone this was at the beginning of this month and this issue has not been resolved! Since last weekend my phone displayed no service, when I insert the sim card it says sim card registration failed! Today I took the phone to the Vodacom shop and they told me since the contract has expired there is nothing they can do I must fix the phone myself, despite that I told them I have tried but they all told me the phone has been blocked. I have been to 7 cellphone repair shops and they all told me the same thing! I am utterly disgusted by Vodacom, all they do is rip people off!
