I logged a query with MTN on 23/10/2013 and it is still not resolved as no one can give me a clear explaination as to how they got to the balance they have on my statement. I have received another statement from them 23/12/2013 and the balance is still incorrect! My bill has always been R408 and when the September statement came it was showing R532.61 which I queried with them and there was no straight answer, instead I was told that my bill runs from the 20th of the month which has always been the case. Because I have two accounts with them I broke it down and my question was if Cell 1 is R249 and cell 2 is R159 what makes R124.61? the response I got is as per below. "Good day, Thank you for emailing Customer Care.
We have checked the account and cell 1 amount is R249.00 since January 2013 up to September 2013. This line has been cancelled. Cell 2 is for R159.00 since February 2013.Kind Regards,
Alice van der Merwe"
PLEASE ASSIST, I AM HAPPY TO PAY IF THEY CAN TELL ME HOW THEY GOT THESE AMOUNTS BECAUSE ACCORDING TO ME I SHOULD ONLY BE PAYING R159.00 FOR THE ONE LINE THAT I STILL HAVE.
