Being Handed ove

I went and updated my prepaid account to a contract, decided to cancel the contractt and then pay the break fees, I have been paying for the past couple of months on my account. Thinking all was ok, then went to apply for a home loan which they subsequently rejected stating that VODACOM has handed me over due to non payment. I went to Cape Town brach in Golden Acre did an inquiry and they said I have been paying someone elses account. When calling customer service they say the number has been sold to someone else and I have to call legal. Why must I running around when the mistake is on there side and the rep who I spoke did not want to give the phone to manager. I have a negative credit scoring BECAUSE oF VODACOM. I went to customer service all the way in Canal Walk and they were closed howver when speaking to another cellular company they advised it usual with Vodacom and as they have been messing up peoples accounts. Now iam sitting with a huge issue and nobody is able to help. And to top it off I have m slips to prove I have been making payment for my account, I do not know if they will as they seemed very unconcerned when I called to service team
