Declined... But I Have An Up-to-Date Contract

Today I tried to apply for a new Vodacom contract but I was declined due to an old bad vodacom account. Which is perfectly normal HOWEVER!!!

Last year Vodacom gave me a brand new contract even though my old Vodacom account was listed...

This is so typical of the systems of this company.

Please call me to rectify... As this doesn't make sense
