I am absolutely furious. I have been paying R400 towards my vodacom contract every single month via bank deposit. The contract is actually R389.00 per month. A few weeks ago I received an email stating that I will be handed to their collections department and that my account is suspended and that legal action will be take against me. I have tried calling the customer care line but as usual no body answers. I tried every single day but nobody answered. This is disgusting. The vodacom team is even worse. When you go to the stores the famous excuse is 'they are offline' I will never renue my contract and I am sure to pass on this message to every one else I know. Vodacom is a disgrace. I have three other contracts with mtn but never once have I had this problem or any other problem
