10 out of 10 for service

Had issues with my Vodacom account since October 2013 and the best part of all is Vodacom made the mistake on their side. I phoned in numerous times and all the consultants I spoke to did not even give me a chance to explain where the problem was, their response to me was "well you just have to pay" after Vodacom accounts department acknowledged there was a mistake on their side.
The past Saturday I went to apply for a loan because of an emergency and it was declined due to a low credit scoring, I know for a fact I had a perfect credit rating before this started with Vodacom and now I probably can't even open a clothing account due to it. So far i wasn't contacted once by Vodacom I have to contact them and speak to rude probably untrained staff.
So, thanks Vodacom for ing up my credit score. If anybody can give me advice on how to take this matter further it would be appreciated it, i am just sick and tired of it and it can't go on like this and due to all the stress and worrying to sort it out its starting to affect my health as well.
