To Whom it may concern
My family and I have been loyal customers for years and don't expect this type of bad service.
I sent my phone in for repairs about 6 months ago and in that time it was returned 3 times with the same issue. I received a quote on the third time as they said my screen was cracked and back cover. This damage happened in transit or at the place of repair as when i handed the phone over there was no damage, even the consultant rated my phones condition as good with slight scratches. I was recently informed that repairs will not be made unless I settle the amount quoted. Why should I have to pay for damage caused by the company.
This is the final straw, if something productive is not done as a result of this complaint I shall be taken this matter further.
