The epitome of bad service

In the past 3months I have been without a cellphone for about 7weeks altogether yet my debit orders still go off normally. Nashua mobile staff is the least efficient I have ever seen and I can not believe they operate like that. The head office is just as bad. I returned my phone two weeks ago to the Sandton store because it kept restarting and freezing. I brought it back after 6days and signed an out of box failure form. Ever since, I have had to deal with endless calls and trips to the Sandton and Cresta store trying to find out when I will be getting it back. On Friday I even had a consultant make me wait for an hour while he was on the phone then at 6pm he packed and said his shift was over. Not to mention that earlier in the day when I went there there was no one there and the guys from Look and Listen told me to come back later! I am very angry as I have called the head office too and nothing was done and I am leaving to go on holiday tomorrow. This must be my fourth complaint about Nashua mobile, they clearly are not interested in their customers! I have never received worse service elsewhere and it is a recurring thing, which goes to show that it is not incidental!
